NMLS Numbers

The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (S.A.F.E. Act) requires that all mortgage loan originators register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS), obtain a unique identifier from the registry and maintain their registrations.

The NMLS launched a consumer-focused website, NMLS Consumer Access, which makes information available about mortgage loan originators. Visit the NMLS Consumer Access website for more information.
