• Call Sentinel Federal Credit Union at least 48 hours in advance at 605-923-1405 or toll-free at 888-923-1400 to let us know the dates and locations you will be visiting and if you will be making large transactions in those areas.
• Make sure we have correct phone numbers to contact you in case we see unusual activity on your card while you are traveling.
• If your card is blocked, please call Falcon at 866-334-1048.
